Question - what do these pubs have in common?

Answer - they're are all pubs that are now closed. Some have moved, some have been demolished and some have found other uses for the premises, but for whatever reason these pubs are no longer with us.

We've seen many (possibly too many) pubs disappear over the years and we often get emails asking "whatever happened to the so-and-so pub?". So, to help keep track of them, we're no longer deleting the closed down pubs, we're keeping them on the map. You can recognise these pubs by their distinctive marker, which links to their last fancyapint.com review.

We'd like you to contribute too. We've enhanced the comments, making room for information about what became of the pub, anecdotes about the pub's history or any other related information - and you can see what we last said about it.

We're also aware of a lot more pubs that have a dubious future and we're pretty certain you do too. We'd like you to tell us (and everyone else) about them and we'll be highlighting any campaigns in a here on the fancyapint.com.

Use the comments to let everyone know what you know about these deceased pubs, or CLOAKING so we can post something.

The latest list of closed down pubs appears below - the list, sadly, grows, so keep coming back here to check the latest.
